Storing, conveying, batching, and mixing of products are processes involved in most Agri-Systems projects. Concrete ready mix plants were a natural evolution of the Agri-Systems team skills. Concrete storage for aggregates, conveying systems, mixing systems, etc.; all of these are also in the Agri-Systems skill set.
The following illustrates a project in the Port of San Francisco. The customer needed the ability to receive sands and aggregates from barges due to the limited supply of these products in the region. Additionally, the customer desired a storage system that wouldn't wear out in just a few years or require constant maintenance. Agri-Systems gave them what they needed in the form of eight large aggregate units constructed entirely of slip form concrete. Agri-Systems was also involved in several other portions of the project.
